By registering an account with brv99, accessing the brv99 website at brv99.net, downloading any brv99 application, or using any service provided by brv99, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all brv99 services and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the brv99 platform, including visitors who have not registered an account, registered members, and any person who accesses brv99 services through a third-party device or network. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the individual accessing or using brv99 services. The terms "brv99", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the brv99 platform and its operating entity.

brv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, brv99 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of brv99 services following publication of an updated Terms document constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and this English-language version shall be the authoritative, legally binding version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall create obligations for brv99 beyond those contained in the English version.

The brv99 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a violation of these Terms to register for, access, or use any brv99 service if you are under 18 years of age. brv99 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously and employs verification procedures designed to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to hold a brv99 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of brv99 services.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a player (e.g., using automated systems, bots, or algorithmic decision-making tools to participate in games).

brv99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by internal compliance policy. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification valid in Bangladesh.

Where brv99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by or being used on behalf of a minor, brv99 will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full investigation, and — if the suspicion is confirmed — close the account permanently and forfeit any balance within it. Any winnings generated by a minor on the brv99 platform are void and shall not be paid out under any circumstances.

To access the full range of brv99 services — including real-money gaming, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on brv99. Opening, operating, or attempting to open a second account — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. brv99 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and brv99 may in its sole discretion permanently close all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. brv99 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by the brv99 platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact brv99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

brv99 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have notified brv99 of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant activity taking place.

brv99 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close an account if the account holder has provided false registration information, if the account is found to be inactive for an extended period, or if closure is required for compliance, regulatory, or security reasons.

All financial transactions on the brv99 platform are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). brv99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and brv99 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on brv99 is ৳200. Deposits made via supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your brv99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. brv99 charges no fees on deposits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on brv99 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by brv99 within 15 minutes on average for mobile financial service channels during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. brv99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the brv99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• brv99 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week. Current limits are published within the brv99 platform's banking section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• brv99 may withhold a withdrawal pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• Winnings derived from wagers placed using bonus credits that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal are not eligible for cashout.

brv99 does not accept payments originating from third parties or from anonymous payment sources. All funds deposited to your brv99 account must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. brv99 reserves the right to return funds to the original source if this condition is not met and to close the account in question.

brv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with this general Terms document.

The following general conditions apply to all brv99 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Validity Period: Bonus credits and free spins must be used within the validity window specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credits and free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the brv99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, during identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with brv99.
• Money Laundering: Using the brv99 platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. brv99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in connection with any such investigations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including the sharing of game information or coordinating betting strategies in a manner designed to exploit the platform.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using robots, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated decision-making software to participate in games or place bets. This prohibition applies to all game types including casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to brv99 systems, attempting to reverse-engineer any brv99 software, or deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate brv99 deposit transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter with brv99 customer support.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one registered account, as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Underage Play: Registering for or using brv99 services while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under the age of 18.

brv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and in its sole discretion. Account action may be taken without prior notice where brv99 determines that immediate action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, to safeguard player funds, or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. In less urgent circumstances, brv99 will endeavour to provide the account holder with reasonable prior notice.

Grounds on which brv99 may suspend or close an account include, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A determination by brv99 that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the wellbeing of the account holder or to the integrity of the platform.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your brv99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, brv99 will process any remaining eligible account balance to your registered payment method before closing the account, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. brv99 will attempt to notify the account holder at their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. Details of the applicable fee schedule are published within the brv99 platform's account management section.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, brv99 shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the brv99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic or non-economic loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether brv99 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

brv99 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While brv99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game information, brv99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. brv99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

brv99 is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on your device or network.
• Hardware or software failures affecting your device.
• Delayed or failed notifications from third-party payment providers.
• Circumstances beyond brv99's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude brv99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with brv99 customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable in your territory.
